Despite these setbacks, the dining experience at the Maritana Grille was excellent, and the facilities like the pool and beach added to the overall experience.
The Beach House Suites offered mixed experiences. The rooms were not as described on booking, but they were well-appointed and could have been comfortable for a longer stay, although small and old-fashioned with a tiny bathroom showing signs of mildew and aged fixtures. The service, although with exceptional amenities, was lacking in attentiveness and responsiveness; certain requests went unanswered. The location was nice with spotless surroundings, but prices were on the higher side. The dining options were decent, although overpriced for what was offered.
The hotel lobby seamlessly transitions from old-style charm to modern room comfort. The rooms, though okay in size with decent beds, show signs of age with dated decor and dirty carpets. Surprisingly, there is no minibar or fridge available, which feels a bit inconvenient for a family of four sharing one room.
